These rates include ALL FEES, except for the $1000 refundable security deposit. The home is professionally cleaned after each stay. This cost is included in your rate.

Summer is from June 12- Labor Day. We rent from Sunday to Sunday in the summer time.

Reservations: Tentative Reservations are accepted by phone or e-mail and held for 4 days, by which time a reservation deposit must be received. The full amount of rent, cleaning, and security deposit is due 60 days prior to check-in. Reservations can be made by phone at 1-916-789-7736, or by e-mail GoIncline@aol.com. Make checks out to Laurie Sweeting and send them to 9712 Weddington Circle Granite Bay, CA 95746.

Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 16 people at ANYTIME. This is our family home and a residential neighborhood, so we ask that you honor this maximum. Full security deposit will be forfeited if maximums are not honored.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $100 cancellation fee outside of 60 days. Within 60 days of arrival the rental fees are non-refundable unless the house is re-rented.

Security Deposit: The security deposit will be held a maximum of 30 days after departure.

Check-In & Check-out: Check-in time is after 4:00 P.M. Checkout time is 10 A.M. 

Pets and Smoking: Neither is allowed at anytime. The full security deposit will be forfeited if pets are brought in or anyone smokes in the house.

Cleaning Fees: Cleaning fees are included in your rental fees. We ask that you pick up after yourself and treat the house as if it were your own. The house will be professionally cleaned after each stay. You don't have to worry about changing the sheets or mopping the floors. You will be charged for dirty dishes or moved furniture.

Furnishings & Supplies: The home has cable TV, phone lines, and all linens. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and bath soap are provided at the start of your stay. Summer renters, please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets. The kitchen is fully stocked to handle 16 guests.

Telephone: Please use a calling card for International calls.

Parking: There is a two-car garage and additional parking in the driveway. In the wintertime, no cars are allowed on the street due to snow removal. 

Maintenance: Snow removal, Spa Service, and Property maintenance is handled through Reliable Services. If you have a problem, while you are at our home, call Reliable Services. The phone number will be in the information binder in the house.

Other Information: We have a binder in the house that has information on dining, skiing, golf, snowmobile rentals, emergency contact numbers, equipment operations and other necessary information. Incline Village has a website IVGID.org that has information on beaches, golf, recreation center and activities. There is also concierge services available at 1-800-Go-Tahoe.
