Endless Summer 1 and 2 is a 2 night minimum in the Winter, Spring and Fall.   381 Franklin is a 3 night minimum.  During holiday weekends, there is a 3 night minimum.  Summer time is a one week minimum.

Endless Summer 1 and 2 rents from Sun - Sun in the summer.
381 Franklin Drive rents from Friday - Friday in the summer.

Reservations: Tentative Reservations are accepted by e-mail/phone and held for 4 days, by which time a reservation deposit of $500 must be received. The full amount of rent and security deposit are due 60 days prior to check-in. Reservations can be made by phone at 1-916-789-7736, or by e-mail SunnyPismo@aol.com. Make checks out to Laurie Sweeting and send them to 9712 Weddington Circle Granite Bay, CA 95746.  On the memo section of the check, please include the reservation dates and rental house address.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled outside of 60 days. Reservations are non-refundable within 60 days.

Security Deposit: The security deposit will be held a maximum of 30 days after departure.

Arrival & Check-In: Check-in time is after 4 P.M. 

Check-out: Check-out time is 10 A.M. 

Washer/Dryer - All homes have a washer and dryer.

Pets: No pets are allowed at either home. Due to the great year round weather in Pismo, fleas love to live here. If you bring an animal, your entire security deposit will be forfeited. 

Cleaning: You are expected to pick up after yourself and do your own dishes. The house is professionally cleaned after each stay. You don't have to worry about changing the sheets or mopping the floors.

Furnishings & Supplies: Both homes have cable TV, DVD, washer/dryer, and linens. Both kitchens are nicely stocked for your cooking needs. Both have dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven and stove. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and bath soap are provided at the start of your stay. Please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets.

Telephone:  All homes have telephones. 

Parking:  All homes have either garage parking or off street parking. 

Smoking: Both homes are non-smoking. Your entire security deposit will be forfeited anyone smokes in the house. These are our family homes. Please respect the no smoking policy.
