Cleaning fees for 153 and 155 Noe is $200. Cleaning for 97 Henry is $100. There is a $500 refundable security deposit.
I often get the question of which of the 4 bedroom flats is "nicer". Both flats have the same floorplan with the similar cabinets, granite and hardwood floors. All bathrooms are granite or marble. This is a corner building with tall windows and a lot of natural light. 153 Noe is on the second floor and 155 Noe is on the third (top) floor.

Reservations: Tentative Reservations are accepted by e-mail or phone and held for 7 days, by which time a reservation deposit must be received. The full amount of rent, cleaning, and security deposit is due 60 days prior to check-in. Reservations can be made by phone at 1-916-789-7736, or by e-mail SanFranciscoFlat@aol.com. Make checks out to Laurie Sweeting and send them to 9712 Weddington Circle Granite Bay, CA 95746. Paypal is also accepted.
Cancellation Policy: There is a $100 cancellation fee outside of 60 days. Within 60 days of arrival the rental fees are non-refundable unless the house is re-rented.
Security Deposit: The security deposit will be held a maximum of 30 days after departure.
Arrival & Check-In: Check-in time is after 4:00 P.M.
Checkout: Checkout time is 10 A.M

Pets: No pets are allowed.
Cleaning Fees: These are our family homes and we ask you to treat them as your own home. Cleaning fees for the 4 bedroom is $200 and cleaning fees for the 1 bedroom is $100. Please pick up after yourself. The unit will be professionally cleaned after each stay. You don't have to worry about changing the sheets or mopping the floors.
Furnishings & Supplies: The home has cable TV, phone line, and linens. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and bath soap are provided at the start of your stay. All units have their own washer and dryer.
Transportation and Parking: Cars are not needed, as you are close to public transportation. You can take ANY inbound train to Union Square and ANY outbound train home. This is a great location! Our building does have a parking garage and each unit does have one assigned spot.
Maintenance: For maintenance problems we have a maintenance person in San Francisco.
Smoking: Our home is non-smoking.
