The main house is 2300 square feet and has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The guest house is 1017 square feet has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms.

This policy helps maintain a pleasant environment for everyone. Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 30 years old to rent. No Party or Function Policy: We do not allow functions or gatherings at the house. Only registered guests are permitted. Non-smoking property - We do not allow smoking or vaping inside or outside the house. Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that guests refrain from gathering outside after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Pets: We have a no pet policy. Thank you for your cooperation!
